2nd Day in Green Team, did double banking again today, but this time with Rino. He's another 'old bird' in Green Team and his product and service knowledge is definitely better and I've learnt quite a number of things under him.
From the start I started to chiong to hit my stats and I hit quite a high stats today. One thing that I noticed is the quality of my calls. Really missed the time in billing where I could talk to customers for long periods of time without much worries. Settling disputes, debating with customers and the frequent OTOT breaks are really what I missed. Now in Green, due to the 100 calls/ day quota, I feel that I'm not really giving my best to the customers.
Now, I'd only answer whatever the customers asked me and not take the initiative to eleborate further. Whenever possible, I'll also advice customers to call back. Now that's the question, is this efficiency? If I had a choice, I'll prefer quality over quantity. At least I know the customers know better what I'm saying in the past and would less likely to call in for further enquiries. In life there's many occasions when we have to choose between quality and quantity as well. Whether in relationship, shopping, time management and many other aspect, we have to make a choice and most of the time I'll choose quality but why am I choosing quantity now? I really feel bad to those who called me today, hope that you all will not get through to the Green Team when you call in...
