I need new challenges

5th day in Green team. Sometimes I really felt that I needed more challenges. The call stats of 100 is just not challenging enough and usually I could hit the stats 2-3hrs before 7pm. I'm a bad worker now who uses the company computer for msn and web surfing. Even Kane told me today to continue picking up calls despite hitting stats. I felt bad for it, despite maintaining a stats of 10/hr.

Few days ago I felt that I was letting down my customers and now I felt that I was letting down my company. I wonder how long can the temptation of $9/hr keep me going. I have a feeling that it will not be long, but plans are often different from reality.
