Changed to a new department in StarHub called the Green Team. Not too sure why is it called the green team. Might be due to the official colour of StarHub, or does green means greenhorn too as most of the member of the Green Team are youngsters. Anyway, all I have to do is to clear as many general enquiries as I can as possible and the quota is 100/day.
For today, I did 'double banking' with an 'old bird' in Green Team, meaning that while I talk to the customers, she listen to the conversation and correct and advice me when necessary. That 'old bird' is called Alicia and she's actually 2years younger than me but was in the Green Team 2mths ago. She did taught me quite a number of things though most of the time she's folding stars or slacking or playing with my PDA.
Not a bad performance today, I've managed to hit 100calls on my first day at Green Team, of course I won't have done it without the help of Alicia. Yet still find this job a little boring, and at a point of time I'm thinking how long more can I withstand the job. Guess what keeps me going on will be the wage and the friends in Green Team. Gambate!!
