Met up with my SMUX freshies last Friday after Vivace for this internal event of ours titled "Sleaze and Feast" held at Geylang. As the name imply, eating at this food paradise was an important component for this important event.
Our first stop: Tim Sum at Lorong 17
The Tim Sum was just an appetizer and the first stop of our food hunting. Our next stop was the frog leg porridge.
Next up was at You Tiao Dou Jiang stall at lor 27A. This was where we ate to our heart's content with dou jiang, you tiao, meesua.
It was around midnight but the night is still young. It was time for desert and we had durians, tonnes of them. After the first round of durians we were still not contended and we went to
another stall selling cheap and good durians for a second round.
This event is not called Sleaze and Feast for no reason and even though it's past midnight, the event didn't end here. We proceeded on to the Sleaze component which was a walk around the darker areas of Geylang with MC and JJ as our guide (not too sure why did they know so much about the place)
Very glad to have this group of freshies who were willing to enjoy life even after school starts and happy to see they are still so united after the camp. Looking forward to the next event with them which will be night bike.
